These terms govern your use of Thyme, a scheduling service operated by DMTTR LLC(“we,” “us”). By using Thyme, you agree to them.
Thyme helps businesses build work schedules and share them with their teams by web link, email, and — where opted in — text message. Thyme is currently offered in a private alpha and is provided free of charge to selected businesses.
Managers who create an account are responsible for keeping their login secure and for the activity under their account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use Thymeonly for lawful scheduling of your own business’s workforce.
If you add an employee’s email or mobile number, you confirm you have a legitimate working relationship with that person and the right to provide their contact information so Thyme can send them their schedule. Employees control text messaging through the opt-in and opt-out described in our SMS Messaging Policy.
You agree not to:
You keep ownership of the schedule and team information you put into Thyme. You grant us the limited right to store and process it to provide the service. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We work to keep Thymeavailable and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” during the alpha. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DMTTR LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Thyme, including missed shifts or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered text messages.
You may stop using Thyme at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or to protect the service and its users.
We may update these terms. We’ll change the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, give notice through the service. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
